Children between 3 to 18 years old who are orphaned or left vulnerable due to epidemics, conflict or other causes and are registered and vetted by pertinent local administration agencies and are awaiting support. We are currently supporting 300 children.

It only takes $1 a day or 33$ a month, $200/6month or $400/year.

100% of your money goes to the benefit of the child you sponsor. Your sponsored child receives the $30 CAD every month in Ethiopian Birr (ETB). The remaning $3.33 will be used for Program admin and Tutoring Expenses. A maximum of 200ETB will be deduacted from the $30 CAD every month and will be saved in the child’s closed saving account. It will be given to them in full as a transtion stipend when they leave the program upon finishing school. You will be receiving a detailed progress report of the child every 6 months. P2P also receives regular financial reports from our partners on the ground who deliver the program accounting for all the funds and the pre-defined expenditure categories.

Yes, you will receive an official Tax Receipt for the full payment/donation you make.

You will be receiving progress reports every six months and whenever there are updates. Besides we will also facilitate communications between you and your child via email or pre scheduled phone calls. Above all, if you have a plan to visit the child in person, we would gladly facilitate that. You can also send gifts to the child you sponsor.

We have a variety of payment options.

• Monthly basis - we can assist you set up a a preauthorized debit/credit system where your account/credit card will be charged $33 CAD every month.
